The objectives of this club are to:
- To create cohesion between family members and residents
- To create a stronger bond between races and cultures through pets
- To promote the healthy hobby of pet keeping
- To educate the residents about responsible pet keeping, conservation and animal welfare
- To plan for each year’s events and how to execute them
- To manage and execute events in an organized manner
- To maintain a good relationship with the grassroot organizations
- To promote our area and activities to organizations such as Singapore Tourist Attraction Board, Mediacorp etc.

Vision:
To create a better atmosphere to manage and organize activities through different points of view and perspectives in pet keeping as well as to build rapport and closer relationships between retailers, pet keepers, residents and grassroot leaders.
To educate and instil proper knowledge of pet keeping, conservation and animal welfare through interaction and education.
